You have the right to request the deletion of your FitlandHQ account and the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to submit that request, what data will be deleted, and what data we are required to retain.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your FitlandHQ account, send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the following details so we can locate and verify your account:
- Your full name as registered in the FitlandHQ app.
- The email address or phone number linked to your account.
- A brief statement confirming you wish to delete your account and all associated data.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your profile information and fitness goals.
- Your gym check-in history and QR access records.
- App usage and diagnostic data tied to your account.
- Any in-app messages or support tickets.
Data We Are Required to Retain
Certain data must be retained even after account deletion to comply with legal and accounting obligations:
Billing & Transaction Records
Payment records are retained for 7 years after your last transaction to comply with financial regulations. These records are anonymised where possible.
Legal Obligations
If your account is subject to an ongoing dispute, legal hold, or regulatory inquiry, relevant data will be retained until the matter is resolved.
Once any mandatory retention period has elapsed, all remaining data will be fully and permanently deleted.
Timeline
Submit your request — email us at admin@fitlandhq.com with your account details.
Verification (within 2 business days) — we confirm your identity and acknowledge the request.
Deletion (within 30 days) — your account and all eligible data are permanently deleted. We will send you a confirmation email.
